Admission and Entry

Entry costs £3 at the gate.

The Sale is open to school members, parents, families and friends.

Please note Dogs are NOT allowed on the school premises during the Sale, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.

Parking

Please be aware there is no parking available on the school site during Sale Day.

Sale Day is a busy day so please plan your travel arrangements early. There are various parking bays located in the streets around the schools with varying time limits. Please make every effort to park safely and within the regulations.

Carparks can be found in the Westgate, Summertown or at the Park and Rides around the city.

When driving around the school please try and follow the unofficial oneway system. It prevents jams and blocks between parked cars, keeping traffic flowing at busy times.

Announcements

The Lost Child meeting point is Polly's Tree by the Forum, which will be clearly labelled as The Meeting Point. If you would like to announce a lost child, please find a member of staff (there are always staff on the Gate) and someone will be able to help you.

Emergencies

First Aid

First Aiders are on duty throughout the Sale. If you need assistance please call the Dragon Health Centre: (01865) 315511

Fire and Other Emergencies

In the event of the Fire Alarm sounding or another emergency occurring which requires buildings to be evacuated, please make your way in a steady, orderly manner to the closest Emergency Exit. Stallholders and other staff will direct you if required to the muster point on the near Astro pitches and will assist those who are in difficulty and those who need assistance. Please do not rush - this could easily cause a crush situation which could make matters worse.
